  • A Doula is a continuous support person. Someone who walks with you through pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum period. A Doula is there to hold space and help you navigate options. No matter what your birth looks like you deserve someone in the room who is fully focused on your well being.

  • I support all types of births, whether your path is unmedicated, medicated, induced, a planned cesarean, VBAC, or anything in between. I also support births in hospitals, birth centers or at home with a licensed midwife. At this time, I do not attend free births or unassisted births. My role is to support you within a team-based model of care.

  • Most families reach out sometime in the first or second trimester, but there is no “too early” or “too late”. What matters most is finding someone you feel connected to. Whenever you reach out, we start right where you are.

  • Yes, I offer payment plans for all services with no added fees and no questions asked. I believe support should be accessible and am happy to work with you to create a schedule that feels manageable and stress free.

  • I trained with Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings(BADT), a program rooted in reproductive justice, trauma informed care and inclusive, community centered support.

    I’m currently completing my certification with them as well.

  • My support is steady, personal and shaped around your needs. I offer thoughtful check ins, grounding conversation and information that helps you feel clear and confident. At every step my role is to walk with you, honor your story and offer support that feels aligned with who you are.
